¼ oz. St. Elizabeth All Spice Dram
½ oz. freshly pressed lime juice
1 oz. freshly pressed grapefruit juice
½ oz. simple syrup

Hot Buttered Toffee
1 ¼ oz. Baileys
½ oz. butterscotch schnapps
Hot chocolate, topped with whipped cream and crushed toffee
After Dinner Mint
1 ¾ oz. peppermint schnapps
Hot chocolate, topped with whipped cream, crushed candy canes and mint
Province, the Latin-inspired American restaurant at The Westin Phoenix Downtown, now offers “The Great Downtowner,” happy hour available on the Province Patio from 5 to 8 p.m. every Friday. “The Great Downtowner” encourages locals to bring their four-legged friend along to enjoy a complimentary, homemade dog biscuit buffet, while pet owners enjoy specials on tapas, entrees and desserts, as well as a selection of five doggone drinks!
The drinks are normally $9, but during “The Great Downtowner” happy hour on Fridays, they are only $5. Every First Friday of the month, a Flamenco trio performs from 7 to 9 p.m., while all other Fridays, Spanish guitarist Chris Burton and Flamenco dancer Lena Jácome perform.

- 1 ounce Kahlua
- 1 ounce Rasberry Stoli
- 1 1/2 ounces orange juice
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- Hershey's Chocolate Syrup
- Fresh raspberries
Preparation: Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake for 20 to 30 seconds. Pour liquid into martini glass carefully making sure no ice crystals escape. Garnish with Hershey's Chocolate Syrup and fresh raspberries.

New Orleans Hurricane
1 ½ oz. Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum
1 oz. Myers’s Dark Rum
4 oz. Fresh-Squeezed Orange Juice
4 oz. Pineapple Juice
Splash of Grenadine
Shake well, pour into a 14-oz. glass with ice, garnish with an orange wheel and cherries.
2 oz. Stoli Vodka
2 oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream Liqueur
1 ½ oz. Kahula Coffee Liqueur
Blend all ingredients, pour into a 16-oz. glass and garnish with an orange wheel.

El Chorro Margarita
1 1/2 ounces Casadors Repo Tequila
1 3/4 ounces fresh lime juice
1 3/4 ounces triple sec and sprite
Shake and serve in a 12 oz bucket glass with a short straw and lemon wedge.
Watermelon Agave Margarita
2 oz. Tequila (we recommend a reposado such as Siete Leguas or Anjeo such as Tonala)
1 – 1 ½ oz. agave nectar
Fresh muddled watermelon
Squeeze of lime
