Easter Egg Hunt/ Festivals
Watch as hundreds of children scramble to pick up over 15,000 eggs stuffed with candy and other prizes. Held on the ball fields, this event is a sure way to begin the spring season. Hoppy Bunny will serve as Master of Ceremonies and Clucky the Chicken will join again this year to hang out with kids and take photos.
The event is open to children up to seven years old who must be accompanied by an adult. Arrive early as the “main event” starts promptly at 9:00 a.m. The Kiwanis will be at the park again this year for their popular “Pancake Breakfast”. Get to the park early and have a hearty breakfast before the main event. You can also visit with the Fountain Hills Fire Department, which will have trucks to climb on and firefighters to show the kids their gear. No event would be complete without inflatable bouncers to play on and lots of egg-citement.

A culinary marketplace, fine art sale and Easter festivities including an Easter Egg Hunt for the children will be found at the Culinary Festival of Chocolates, Confections and Fine Art.
Creative confections, decadent chocolate creations and a variety of delicious delectable’s will be woven throughout the four acre botanical park located in the heart of downtown Carefree, with a large variety of fine art and crafts also available for purchase, directly from the artist. Musical and other entertainment will take place on the Carefree Amphitheater stage throughout the event.
